One of the older bakeries on this list, Court Pastry Shop has been turning out Italian pastries in Cobble Hill since 1948, and is widely considered to have some of the best cannoli in all of New York (their lobster tail is also a major in-house specialty). It’s not a distinction to take lightly, but then, if you wanted to spend the day stopping by every major bakery in the borough in order to verify it, well, there are worse ways to spend a day.
