The Bodega
Though it’s always billed itself as a wine bar, much like its sister bar Heavy Woods (both are owned by Ben Warren and Gina Leone), the Bodega hasn’t been able to help becoming a food destination in its own right. There are the wonderful cheese and meat plates you’d expect to pair with wine, alongside a surprisingly extensive menu of perfectly executed Italian-style sandwiches (most of which, it should be noted, incorporate a good amount of red meat).
