The Grocery: We find it increasingly difficult to collaborate with our husband on anything in the kitchen, which makes it especially admirable that Charles Kiely and Sharon Pachter have been doing just that for the last 12 years (even longer, really, considering that they originally met while working at Savoy in SoHo). Of course, it probably helps that each remains master of their own specific domain; Kiely handles the savory side of the menu (resulting in genius creations like french fry salad and goat cheese ravioli with beets), while Pachter excels at desserts — her infamous chocolate fig cake has had a longer track record of success than most modern day marriages.
